Popular Neighborhoods and Bellevue Homes For Sale

Located across Lake Washington from Seattle (also called the “Eastside”) and sprawling from just North of the 520 to South of the 90. Bellevue borders Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah & Renton. Just so happens that the word “Bellevue” in French means “A Beautiful View”. Having been recently voted #1 in CNN Money’s List of best places to live and launch a business, you can’t go wrong.

Downtown Bellevue is changing before our eyes. It is the 2nd largest city center in Washington State and have more than 35,000 employees and more than 5,000 residents in the downtown core. Based on per capita income, Bellevue is ranked #15 for wealthiest of 522 communities in the State of Washington.

West Bellvue - Comprised of many communities including Downtown Bellevue, Meydenbauer, Vuecrest. Great work/live life in West Bellevue with close proximity to the I-520 or I-90. Located West of the I-405.  Many restaurants, shops and things to do.  Prices range from $300,000 to more than $4,000,000.00.

Clyde Hill - You will find homes with views of Lake Washington as well as a mix of older smaller bungalow homes to large newer construction homes.  Homes range in price from about $700,000 to more than $10,000,000.

Medina – Medina has gorgeous waterfront homes as well as view homes in this Bellevue neighborhood.  This neighborhood borders Lake Washington and is located West of Clyde Hill (which is also West of the I-405), Medina runs both North and South of the I-520, West of Hunts Point and North of West Bellevue Neighborhood.  Homes range in price from $800,000 – more than $11,000,000.

Woodridge – Great neighborhood with easy access to the I-90 and I-405. The westerly located homes have a view and the neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of.  Sitting at the top of the hill and located South of Downtown Bellevue and just East of the I-405 and borders North of the I-90.  You will find homes ranging in price from the mid $300,000 to the high $900,.000.

The area has its own marina and recreation center for homeowners.    Located South of the I-90 freeway and West of the I-405.  This neighborhood has waterfront homes that lead from the canal to Lake Washington.  Prices range from about $400,000 to more than $8,000,000.
